This over the top short film pokes fun at horror and kung-fu films. I loved every second of it. On a low budget scale it’s pretty good, the gore and effects are not that bad, but they are very over the top. It’s hard to explain how funny the film is, some people might not get it, but I did a floating fish on being controlled by real fishing line which is visually noticeable, but it was meant to be that way, that’s what makes this film fun, the martial arts fighting is pretty good too, these two guys are pretty good for white belts. it’s a fun film with good acting, (which in the film is meant to be bad.) A good song and dance number which is really funny, some pretty good gore, killing, and flying fish, what more can you ask for. The DVD is packed with many features including behind the scenes footage, a photo gallery and more. Head on over to the official website at: www.rottenshaolinzombies.com. It’s a small film well worth buying for a good laugh and some gory good fun.
