Unfortunately I have yet to see or even hear about a first installment so going into this seems a little over my head but I must since this movie really kept up a nice pace of violent woman’s prison behavior and psychedelic imagery . Involving Kim Little (Heather) as “The Beast” confined against her will in a local Mental Institution only to fall prey to non believable orderlies (I’d like to see them bully and accept hand jobs for drugs in a legit place of craziness) who plan to destroy her and try to make the doctor believe she is really over the edge. I assume from the flashbacks her and a few good men were involved in some sort of illegal ring of some sort and many people perished leaving her to wake in a white strapped jacket. I would like to find the first one now that I have witnessed the 2nd , so then watching the first will be ruined in a way but still enjoyable I hope. Through the entire movie she attempts many escapes while hallucinating eyeballs and voices, which honestly doesn’t help the situation so caught she gets. Others are brought in to annihilate her and put an end to her beast ways but also fail by movies end. I’m not going to spoil it all but a very exciting pace along with some nifty F/X along the way really let this Killer run rampant. Camera shots play out the hostility with great fever which gives the movie that extra umpfffff for good taste.
