Here’s a film where I liked it and didn’t like it, and then ended up liking it. I don’t know, this is really going to be a weird review for me. First off the story was cheesy as hell, and seeing Michael Gross as a prissy rich man and not Burt Gummer, really killed me. (He played Burt’s Great Grandfather.) The whole back story was pretty cool, about how the graboids were discovered by mistake in the famous mine made popular by the Television show. All the characters of the film seem to all be relatives of the cast of the TV show.

What I did like about this film is that there was not much CGI used at all, and that’s the good thing with a film like Tremors; Puppets work better. The acting was so-so I mean the film is cheesy so the acting kind of goes hand in hand with that B-monster movie feel. However I did like the cast as a whole, they were just as good as all the other cast’s in the previous three films. Overall it’s a good film but I liked the first three better, I think with this one it’s just the fact that it takes place in the past, so that in it’s self separates it from the other films.
