“At Night with no Curtains” is an odd indie film set in and around a house. The film is based on true events. Now I’m not to sure how true but the website explains a lot and in al honest the women who it’s based on had some real issues. Anyway onto my thoughts.
The film is much like “The Blair Witch Project”. It was shot on video but the overall film is in black and white, and has a grainy and dark tone to it. The setting is dark and spooky and it adds to the overall effect. The Acting in the film is good and the direction is also pretty good. For the most part it’s not a bad Indie film. My only perk was that at times it seemed to plain and dialogue driven, there was not much of a change of scenery, and it started to bore me. But overall it’s a very well put together film.
