I witnessed a trailer for this on my horror ventures across the web. TORTURE ME NO MORE, sounds savage. Lets take a gander and see what we come up with. A music video first off for the movie itself. I guess he’s good at music direction and video work? Some scenes amongst the video seem pretty jumpy and flashy enough for this cowpoke. Lets just see how the movie is now.
We’ve got Sal (Jason Liebig) working at an old folks home, assuming he’s on parole for some serious computer hacking I gathered. One night after work, he runs off and visits his mentally challenged brother for some shits an giggles. They both decide hunger is taking over so a pizza is decided. So Sal running off to grab the scrumptious Za could very well be the last time Sal sees his brother, ALIVE! On returning, he’s taken down by the law only to witness his brother laying there on the floor dead, a dog missing and no suspects. Other than the one that looked exactly like Sal entering the building which the gay couple who live beneath happened to have noticed during the time of death. Something fishy is going on and Sal needs to get to the bottom of it. After being taken into custody by 2 of the stupidest woman officers, he manages to break free by puking down the 1’s blouse. Total distraction I guess? Off to his journey to find the real culprit. He acquires a disc that could give him some information pertaining to the whereabouts of an underground “operations” if you know what I mean. It so happens he stumbles into some serious night life only to find out some more unflinching answers that could very well lead him to his murderer. At one lead especially, he walks into a rape in the making. He disposes of the rapist in a timely manner with fair lady in hand. What happens during that segment is a little too off the wall and it’s up to you to find out that very degradation on screen yourself. Support God Damnit! Soon, the lady friend and Sal begin there journey of vigilante-ism upon the withering society which they live around. What happens at the end? Does Sal find his suspect? Avenge his brothers death? Well folks, that’s not up to me my friend.
What I will tell you is this movie gives of a nice and spicy flavor with its fantastic musical scores and editing. I’m a big fan of the jump flash music video/commercial editing. Francis covers that quite nicely. The score, him being a music fan himself really grips certain scenes with intensity. Good call on that one. The rest though! Kind of slap goofy humor to it all. I know that the pieces of comedy within this barrage of savageness is good and light hearted, but the goofy parts are to tongue-and-cheek for the craziness of it all. I dig it a little more than not. How’s that?
