Bruce Campbell (Ash Vs Evil Dead) plays “Elvis”, who takes on a 3,000 year-old mummy in BUBBA HO-TEP, the 2002 cult horror-comedy classic from Director Don Coscarelli (Phantasm). Here’s the early details we have so far:
– Official street date is planned for November 8th
– This will be a branded as a “Collector’s Edition” that will come with a slipcover.
– The Coscarelli-approved newly-commissioned front-facing artwork you see pictured comes to us from artist Joel Robinson (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Serpent and the Rainbow). The original theatrical poster image will be on the reverse side of the wrap.
– Bonus features and specs are still in progress and will be announced sometime in Sept/Oct.
