Yeah, the title of this film might make you think it’s just some stupid, low budget, low rate dumb ass horror film. Well in a sense it is but it’s not. The movie pokes fun at those stupid film and at horror films in general. It’s actually very very funny. I was on the floor laughing my ass off most of the time. The film has a great presence, what it represents is a well written low budget film, that has great b-movie star power. The script is outstanding, The comedy in the dialogue it’s self is what gives the film a it’s “stand out” edge.
One thing that I did notice was good, but in a B-movie fashion should of been bad, is the acting. For some odd and strange reason, and in a funny way, the actors in this film were really good, and did I mention funny. Yeah I did. Overall it’s a very well put together B-film. I enjoyed it a lot. The only thing that I think might be a problem is that only the hardcore horror and sci-fi fans would really be able to appreciate this film, The comedy is aimed at certain horror and sci-fi films of the past that help make the comedy of the film come alive. My advice to all horror is to try to see this film, It’s a great film, It’s the “Scary Movie” of B-movies.
