Personally, I don’t mind if the characters are a little cardboard or the story is a little weak. The whole package is kind of cool and really has some great scenery to view. It’s like your favourite generic band for instance. For me it would be in the death metal genre, as long as the band has gurgling vocals, killer blast to breakdown ratio.
